TOEIC Pro is operated by Ardor Academy (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using TOEIC Pro, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for one person — do not share your login with others.
Course access
Access to courses, mock tests, and other features is governed by the entitlement tied to your account. Some features require a paid license or a redeemed access code. Access duration and scope depend on your plan.
Acceptable use
You may use TOEIC Pro for your own personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any course content, audio files, test questions, or other materials. You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the platform.
Intellectual property
All course content, audio recordings, test materials, software, and design elements are the property of Ardor Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright. TOEIC is a registered trademark of ETS. TOEIC Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETS.
Access codes
If you received an access code through a retail partner, the code is subject to the terms provided at the point of purchase. Each code may only be redeemed once and is non-transferable once activated. Codes must be redeemed within the timeframe specified at purchase.
Limitation of liability
TOEIC Pro is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific test score outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription or access code.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
